Child Protection and Work Health and Safety
Our services value child protection and work health and safety as a prirority to keep our children, educators and families safe. Measures we implement include:
- Children reviewed risk assessments.
- Educator, Teachers and Family reviewed WHS Documents.
- Frequent surveys and follow throughs.
- Frequent drills and evaluations conducted by the staff and with the children. .
Wattle Children Services pay for service planned mandatory training including Child Protection, Save Sleep, First aid and CPR and offers in service mentoring, frequent paid staff meetings, excellent communication passed down from management to floor staff.
